If your school does not offer AP
You do not need an AP course at your school to take an AP exam. You can register at an authorised test centre that accepts students from other schools. Our self-study package combines a study plan, weekly check-ins, practice exams and help finding and registering with a test centre.
How it works

When are AP exams held?
AP exams take place every year in the first two weeks of May. The College Board announces the exact dates each year.
How are AP exams scored?
AP exams are scored from 1 to 5. A 3 or higher is generally considered a pass; universities often ask for a 4 or 5 for credit, exemptions or as an entry requirement.
Can I take an AP exam if my school does not offer AP?
Yes. You can register at an authorised AP test centre that accepts students from other schools. Test centres have different capacities and registration deadlines, so contact them early.
Are the lessons online?
Yes. All lessons are online, so you can join from anywhere. We are based in Turkey and schedule lessons across time zones.
Do you offer SAT preparation?
No. Our focus is AP courses, AP planning for European universities and study abroad application consulting.
Which countries does AP Comparative Government cover?
The course compares six countries: the United Kingdom, Russia, China, Mexico, Iran and Nigeria. In the exam you are expected to answer with examples from these countries.
